Grey's Anatomy Series 6

Filming for series 6 of Grey's started yesterday, and already the stories are making the papers. What I am wanting to know if how the makers will go about hiding Ellen's baby bump? Will they do a How I Met Your Mother and OTT hide it, or will they do a Sex and the City and show it but ignore it? Only time will tell, lets hope th time roles by until the season premier on September 24th.
